افزونه رسآ با استفاده از API به سرور BigBlueButton متصل می‌شود و اطلاعات زیر را مدیریت می‌کند:

• اطلاعات جلسات (نام، تاریخ، زمان، مدت زمان)
• لینک‌های دسترسی به جلسات (برای میزبان و شرکت‌کنندگان)
• اطلاعات شرکت‌کنندگان در جلسات
• ویدیوهای ضبط شده جلسات (در صورت فعال بودن ضبط)
• تنظیمات جلسات (رمز عبور، اتاق انتظار، و غیره)

English: The Rasa plugin connects to BigBlueButton server using API and manages the following information: meeting information (name, date, time, duration), meeting access links (for host and participants), participant information, recorded meeting videos (if recording is enabled), and meeting settings (password, waiting room, etc.).

English: The plugin stores the following information locally in your WordPress database: plugin settings and customized configurations, BigBlueButton server connection information (URL, Secret Key), created meetings and their history, courses and users associated with meetings, and meeting reports and participant statistics.

۳. نحوه استفاده از اطلاعات | How We Use Information

افزونه رسآ از اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده برای اهداف زیر استفاده می‌کند:

۴. ذخیره‌سازی و امنیت اطلاعات | Data Storage and Security

۴.۱ ذخیره‌سازی محلی

تمام اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده توسط افزونه رسآ به صورت محلی در پایگاه داده وردپرس شما ذخیره می‌شوند. ما هیچ سرور مرکزی برای ذخیره‌سازی اطلاعات کاربران نداریم.

English: All information collected by the Rasa plugin is stored locally in your WordPress database. We do not have any central server for storing user information.

۴.۲ امنیت اطلاعات

اطلاعات اتصال به BigBlueButton (Secret Key) به صورت رمزنگاری شده در پایگاه داده ذخیره می‌شوند و فقط برای ارتباط با API BigBlueButton استفاده می‌شوند.

English: BigBlueButton connection information (Secret Key) is stored encrypted in the database and is only used for communication with BigBlueButton API.

۵. اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات با اشخاص ثالث | Sharing Information with Third Parties

۶. حقوق شما | Your Rights

شما به عنوان کاربر افزونه رسآ، حقوق زیر را دارید:

افزونه رسآ برای استفاده توسط کسب‌وکارها، آموزشگاه‌ها و سازمان‌های حرفه‌ای طراحی شده است. ما آگاهانه اطلاعات کودکان زیر 13 سال را جمع‌آوری نمی‌کنیم.
