شرایط و ضوابط استفاده

۱. پذیرش شرایط | Acceptance of Terms

با خرید، نصب و استفاده از افزونه رسآ، شما شرایط و ضوابط زیر را می‌پذیرید. اگر با هر یک از این شرایط موافق نیستید، لطفاً از افزونه استفاده نکنید.

English: By purchasing, installing and using the Rasa plugin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the plugin.

۲. مجوز استفاده | License

افزونه رسآ یک افزونه تجاری است که تحت مجوز استفاده شده است. با خرید افزونه، شما حق استفاده از آن را برای یک سایت دریافت می‌کنید. برای استفاده در سایت‌های بیشتر، باید لایسنس اضافی خریداری کنید.

• مجوز برای استفاده در یک سایت وردپرس است
• شما می‌توانید افزونه را برای سایت شخصی یا تجاری خود استفاده کنید
• توزیع مجدد، فروش یا اجاره کد افزونه ممنوع است

English: Rasa plugin is a commercial plugin licensed for use. By purchasing the plugin, you receive the right to use it for one site. To use on more sites, you must purchase additional licenses. The license is for use on one WordPress site. You can use the plugin for your personal or commercial site. Redistribution, sale or rental of the plugin code is prohibited.

۳. به‌روزرسانی و پشتیبانی | Updates and Support

خرید افزونه شامل به‌روزرسانی‌های رایگان و پشتیبانی برای مدت مشخصی است. پشتیبانی شامل:

• پاسخ به سوالات و مشکلات فنی
• به‌روزرسانی‌های امنیتی و سازگاری
• افزودن قابلیت‌های جدید
• رفع باگ‌ها و مشکلات

English: Plugin purchase includes free updates and support for a specified period. Support includes: answering questions and technical issues, security and compatibility updates, adding new features, and fixing bugs and issues.

۴. محدودیت‌های استفاده | Usage Restrictions

شما مجاز به انجام کارهای زیر نیستید:

• کپی، توزیع یا فروش مجدد افزونه
• مهندسی معکوس یا استخراج کد منبع
• استفاده از افزونه برای اهداف غیرقانونی
• حذف یا تغییر اطلاعات کپی‌رایت و لایسنس
• استفاده از افزونه در بیش از تعداد سایت‌های مجاز

English: You are not permitted to: copy, distribute or resell the plugin, reverse engineer or extract source code, use the plugin for illegal purposes, remove or change copyright and license information, or use the plugin on more than the permitted number of sites.

۵. مسئولیت و تضمین | Liability and Warranty

افزونه رسآ به صورت "همان‌طور که هست" ارائه می‌شود. ما تضمین نمی‌دهیم که:

• افزونه بدون خطا کار می‌کند
• تمام ویژگی‌ها با تمام قالب‌ها و افزونه‌ها سازگار است
• نتایج خاصی حاصل می‌شود

ما مسئولیتی در قبال خسارات مستقیم، غیرمستقیم، تصادفی یا تبعی نداریم که از استفاده یا عدم امکان استفاده از افزونه ناشی شود.

English: The Rasa plugin is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that: the plugin works without errors, all features are compatible with all themes and plugins, or specific results are achieved. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin.

۶. بازپرداخت | Refund

سیاست بازپرداخت ما به شرح زیر است:

• در صورت عدم رضایت از افزونه، می‌توانید در 30 روز اول پس از خرید درخواست بازپرداخت دهید
• بازپرداخت فقط در صورت مشکلات فنی جدی که قابل حل نباشد انجام می‌شود
• پس از دریافت بازپرداخت، باید افزونه را از سایت خود حذف کنید

English: Our refund policy is as follows: if you are not satisfied with the plugin, you can request a refund within the first 30 days after purchase. Refunds are only made in case of serious technical problems that cannot be resolved. After receiving a refund, you must remove the plugin from your site.

۷. استفاده از سرویس‌های شخص ثالث | Use of Third-Party Services

افزونه رسآ از سرویس BigBlueButton استفاده می‌کند. استفاده از این سرویس مشمول شرایط و ضوابط خود آن است و ما مسئولیتی در قبال عملکرد یا در دسترس بودن این سرویس نداریم. شما باید سرور یا سرویس BigBlueButton خود را داشته باشید.

English: The Rasa plugin uses BigBlueButton service. Use of this service is subject to its own terms and conditions and we are not responsible for the performance or availability of this service. You must have your own BigBlueButton server or service.

۸. تغییرات در شرایط | Changes to Terms

ما حق تغییر این شرایط و ضوابط را در هر زمان محفوظ می‌داریم. تغییرات مهم از طریق ایمیل یا اعلان در داشبورد افزونه به اطلاع شما خواهد رسید. ادامه استفاده از افزونه پس از تغییرات به معنای پذیرش شرایط جدید است.

English: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Important changes will be notified via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the plugin after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

۹. فسخ | Termination

در صورت نقض این شرایط و ضوابط، ما حق فسخ لایسنس شما را بدون بازپرداخت محفوظ می‌داریم. در این صورت، شما باید افزونه را از تمام سایت‌های خود حذف کنید.

English: In case of violation of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your license without refund. In this case, you must remove the plugin from all your sites.

۱۰. قانون حاکم | Governing Law

این شرایط و ضوابط بر اساس قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران تنظیم شده است. هرگونه اختلاف از طریق مذاکره و در صورت عدم توافق، از طریق مراجع قضایی حل و فصل خواهد شد.

English: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, through judicial authorities.
